Yeah, I've got that too, but I think every guy my age does.

Supertramp, Breakfast in America
Golden Hits of 1975 (had to order it off TV)

well, in 1995 i made a mix tape that consisted of "mm mm m mmm" alternating with ace of base's "i saw the sign" single... for the entire tape. so there we go, that pretty much sums up my influences.
medicate? oh, i thought you said "meditate."

Is it me that makes the record geeky? Or is the record whats making me geeky?

My post could be completely different depending on which it is.

i think so. and it is a great record. i still listen to it today. a lot of people give you a lot of shit for loving that band though. i've always felt they were a pretty geek oriented group.

Geekiest record: Taco "After Eight"
Geekiest CD: "Golden Hits of Leslie Gore"

I still listen to them both regularly.

On CD I have the 12" single to INXS's Suicide Blond. That song doesn't need a remix, and the B side is dreadful.

If I dug into the cassette and record collection, I'm sure I could find a gem to beat this.

Whenever I was buying 10" records like crazy, I bought a box of 50 for $20. It was mostly Ernest Tubb, Frankie Carle, white boy jazz, syrupy pop music and military choirs.

I also have some top ten german pop records from the 60s.

Totally. No shame in it, though. It was their last good album.

This album is fucking brillant. Mine is probably warped with dust encrusted in the grooves and I still would play it.
