In my 4-5 pairs of glasses that I've had it is usually related to farme/lens weight. They maybe tried to sell you on some super light lens and you thought, "Oh that's not necessary... a waste of money..." well, it's totally worth it. The lighter the frame/lens combo, the easier they are to wear for long periods of time w/o headaches. But they all hurt after a while.

Anywho, you might be able to adjust it out but it also might be that they are just too heavy to ever really feel good.

yeah, but i did get lightweight lens and frames-- the suggestion was made that the fact my frames are metal and thin around the ear, that might contribute to the pain.

it's not really headaches though, so much as intense temple stress.

HOES! Them frames still dun be hurtin!

So I'm not having intense headaches so much... but I still get lots of rear head stress and pressure that is just plain uncomfortable. I am relieved everytime I take them off.

This should not be normal, right?

Stupid armani and his frames!!!

And then you were like "that's totally awesome, that man has a he-man haircut!"
