amen. well, i still like butter. but i'm going to work in IT. fuck if i can make a living recording music. it's not worth it. since i've been working as a "professional" engineer, i've been doing less and less music recording and have been less and less productive as a musician/producer on my own. not to mention i'm turning 30 and can't afford to be broke forever. i need a house. i need a car. i need some land. i need to buy an 8 i/o sound card, a decent console, some mics, outboard gear, a big-ass basement to record it, etc...

oh, i've also given up on the the crapitalist shitstem (well, a long time ago), but at the same time, decided to make a change and make some f-in money. how ironic is that?
