I also really like Four Tet if you are interested in electronic music that is organic and interesting. It's sort of folktronica in a way, I guess.

**Four Tet is an unusual project. Hebden's music sounds like folk music made by machines. It is frequently out of time, as if the machinery went haywire while making it, and computers are at the heart of the creative process.

Finally, there is a band from Austin that came through LA a while back called Grand Champeen. They fucking rip live in a Replacements/Superchunk kind of way. I think their record, The One That Brought You, is only about 60% as fun as their live show, but their tune "One and Only," which is available free as an mp3 here is really good. Fucking marvelous guitar solo.
