I looked for an answer in the archives, but couldn't find one....
I'm moving into a new office/ audio editing and mixing suite. I have a big 5 drawer metal filing cabinet, and I was wondering if it would be dumb to put it in the corner of the room. It is pretty much a large cube of a room at 16'x16'x14' ceiling.
Would the metal filing cabinet reflect the bass energy in the corner of the room and emphasize the low end? Should I leave the corners empty and add some mini-traps?
I know just the basics of room acoustics.
Thanks in advance for advice,

i don't think the placement of your filing cabinet will make any difference at all.
