So, my kids are out of school today and we went to Blockbuster to get them something new to watch. My 4 year old daughter picks Disney's "The Country Bears" to watch. We get it home and lo and behold it's full of John Hiatt music and the music producer is Glyn Johns. Just thought that was cool.
BTW: Her favorite group is the Rolling Stones. She loves Hey You Get off of My Cloud and my 2 year old boy keeps singing I Can't Get No Satisfaction.

There was an article in Tape Op about the soundtrack to Disney's Jungle Book. Disney can be suprising sometimes...

Well, so how did he mic the bears?
I have a friend that uses a Modified Gyn Johns approach to mic'ing forest creatures.
[oh c'mon, SOMEone had to say it...]
