Have you thought of making your own?
It's pretty inexpensive, although it can eat up the hours.

You can built them. Or try www.avcable.com. A better retailer like Sweetwater might have them, but their site was inaccessable a minute ago when I tried to check.

Markertek, http://www.markertek.com, or Redco http://www.redco.com both do custom cables with quality connectors.

You can go exotic (Mogami, Canare) or their own proprietary PGS brand ("Pretty Good Stuff").

I just got an order of their PGS snakes, and I'm pleased (although their sales tracking must be pretty low tech- I had to call 3 times to get it right). Dirt cheap- and they can build custom length cords (I had them build 2' lengths to minimize the cable runs).
