Magazine Survey

Post by drumsound » Fri Dec 02, 2005 2:35 pm

So,
I've tried 5 time to fill out the on-line survey. Each time I hit continue I get told there's an error with the DATA, and enable Java (it is enabled). I'm using Safari on OSX.

Thanks,

I was just able to make it work, but there's still a glitch. For medium I said both, but I answered none for the computer, interface and programs part. This is in fact true as I use a dedicated digital recorder. It still got the message. So I tried to just answer analog and then no to the computer interface and programs and it worked fine.

I assume the set up thinks if you say both you can't answer none or neither to the computer stuff.

Anyhoo, don't forget to send me my mic!

Is this something that was in the e-zine? How can I get back on the list? For some reason I haven't got the most recent one, it seems.

Hey Brian, I just checked your email address, looks like you should receive one soon, emailing everyone takes about 5 hours and they are still going out.

What survey is this we speak of? I've looked on tapeop.com, didn't see it.

Hey, to the last poster: thanks much for the heads up on the error you received, I removed the post because it contained the url to the survey, which was meant for readers of our ezine only.

I must be getting the error for similar responses. I answered digital and neither on the software cause SAWStudio is not listed. Actually there are a few DAW apps that aren't on the list.

So, maybe another email could go out when this is fixed so everyone has a fair chance.
