So, it looks like I'm gonna be doing a record at Air Time at the end of March. Anybody wanna try to set up a TapeOp Beer Night? My buddy Matthew Everhart (who until recently lived up there) will be working on the session with me and I'm sure he can recommend somewhere cool. I'd love to hang with some of you guys if we can get away from the studio for a bit.

Im in Chris. There are several cool places to get a drink. The Irish Lion is one of my favorites. Good beer, relaxed atmosphere. A little prricey though. There are also two microbreweries that are really good. Let me know when you're in town and we'll hit it up.

Also, if you have time you should swing by and check out my studio. I should have the new Speck console and my CS Spider installed by then!

Tie one on for me Mike as I unfortunately can't make the commute. Irish Lion has the best yard of Guiness.

yeah the vid is great. or was great. but they've expanded and everytime I've been in there in the past year it's been packed and uncomfortable and conversation is next to impossible. Or maybe Im just getting old. Or lame. Roman, when are you coming back to Bloomington?

So guys, my schedule looks like it's going to permit my getting to Bloomington a day or two before the studio is available. Anybody have any objection to trying to do this on a Monday or Tuesday night? Probably Tuesday, if given a choice. I'll be in town sometime around March 20th. Who can make it?

Monday would be great. Tuesdays are band practice. But I can meet up afterwards (10:00 pm-ish) if that's what works best.

It may have to be Tuesday, but I'm a night owl, so I'm up for later. We'll wait for you, Mike. Looks like I'm bringing some Russian granny mics, so we'll have to have a comparison party sometime during the week.

Too weird. I just ran into Matt for the first time since we graduated App, in Bloomington at a gig of mine last week. Would you freak him out for me, and tell him Johnny Grubb says 'hey'?
