Any suggestions for a good FREE reverb RTAS plug in?

Post by SkullChris » Sun Sep 02, 2007 1:15 pm

I'm a little low on cash right now, and can't really afford to purchase anything. Not even a VST to RTAS wrapper. So any reccomendations? I really don't want to have to use the ProTools "D-Verb" on this project I'm going to be mixing soon. Thanks in advance. -(hris

There are a number of inexpensive hardware reverbs that you can find on ebay for like under $50 that would probably do just fine for you. I'd look for something like that. It'll say on DSP, too.

Download the pluggo runtime program and then do a search for the jk-irr (impulse response reverb). It's free and very cool. You can make your own reverbs by sampling real acoustic spaces. It's pretty much the only plug-in reverb I use these days
