I'm filling in the form and filling it in completely but it's not validating. It keeps telling me to enter my address even though I've entered my address. Any idea what's up?

Sorry Brad, I don't know. We've been testing the form for over a week and haven't had any problems like that, plus we've been receiving quite a few signups today. I can't think of anything that would be causing that. Make sure that you are filling in Address 1 and not just Address 2 as that would cause that issue. Otherwise you can give us a call and we'll try to help you out.

Same problem for me. A Mac (Safari) thing perhaps.

I'm on macintosh. I tried Safari and Firefox. Got similar (but not identical) problems on both.

My signup was rejected as having a bad address when I ONLY filled in Address 1. When I redid it with something in both the Address 1 and Address 2 fields, it worked fine.

I'm on a PC, using internet explorer.

Worked for me.... but wouldn't accept my last name initially because it has an apostrophe in it. That shit happens all the time to me... what, not love for the Irish?

It didn't work the first time but it worked the 2nd for me. Not sure why. I definitely did the same thing twice.

I'm not sure why some of you are having issues with the signup form. We have tons of confirmed entries now so we're not sure what is going on with those of you having issues.

This was developed on the Mac and tested on both Firefox and Safari. In fact, one customer came into our live chat and said he was on the mac using Safari and though perhaps that was the issue and I personally entered in his information for him and it went through perfectly.

Is it possible that some of you having problems have an auto-fill for forms and that's causing problems? I'd love to figure out what's up because I certainly don't want anyone to not be able to sign up for the giveaway.

For those of you having issues, you are welcome to come into our online live chat and someone will give you a hand filling out the form. If no one is around in the live chat, feel free to give us a call and we'll help you via phone.
