As always, I am stoked to see a new Tapeop show up in my mailbox.

There's a great piece on Creative Commons; also a rad set of pictures of the Books' little studio out in the middle of a field. Thanks as always, magazine hard workers!

Every time i go to pick up the mail i'm usually prepared to throw it all right into the recycling box. but then, just when i forget and finally stop waiting for a new tape op, there it is! sometimes it's like winning the lottery, like when you see "rancho de la luna" right there on top!

to record with chris goss and dave catching would be a dream come true. thanks for all the pix too! the mystique of this place (what i percieve it to be) is what drives my recording style: relaxed above all else. once you get that down all everything falls in line.

YES! The Books!!! Awesome! I saw them live last year and it was simply amazing. Love them.
