***SOLD*** PM1000 "Recession Special" - 1 mic pre
This is my "recession special" - two channels of Yamaha PM1000 preamps for under $200.
The first channel is a mic pre with +48V phantom power and transformer balanced XLR inputs and unbalanced 1/4" outputs. The second channel is a 1/4" DI with unbalanced 1/4" outs. Separate input and output levels on each channel to dial in the tone. External power supply included. It's recapped, new transistors, etc. The input transformer is a "Creation" brand that I pulled from another piece of equipment - it sounds good.
The ghetto chassis, lack of output transformers, etc. allow me to keep the price down - its still sounds like a PM1K though. I've never offered one for less $$ then this one right here, but the economy is in the crapper and we still need to feed the gearlust.
***SOLD*** $180 + shipping. shipping in the US is probably around $10-12.

While meaning to say "gear lust" I had a freudian slip and now have exposed my DARK SECRET!

I thought it was a clever pun about the bear market... and bestial... nevermind.DrummerMan wrote:How embarassing!scott macdonald wrote:Bear lust ... I hate bears.
"I hate bears." - Bob Dylan's "Talkin Bear Mountain Picnic Massacre Blues"
Sorry I had to throw it out there; I love that song.
dd - Looks cool, as always, and very tempting at that price!
