Change of address?

Hey guys. I'm moving at the end of this month, so I want to make sure that my subscription gets delivered to my new address (as of Sept. 1st).

Only problem is that I can't seem to find a change of address form anywhere on the website.

Should I just re-submit a subscription, or is there an easier way?

I'm sure some of you have gone through this.
