Other message boards like this.....

I'm sure they exist...

Message boards that primarily feature music reviews from a production perspective, much like this subboard that I so dig. I know that there are artist specific boards aplenty, but what I'd like is what we have here, just more of it. I especially like when a classic piece of music -- Hotel California, for example -- is dissected and given historical perspective recording-wise, and how asthetic choices and gear have evolved over the years. Pitchfork is great, but focuses mostly on new music.

I dunno....anyone "get" what I'm after? Thanks....

Sound on Sound's message board and Move the Mics, Mercenary Audio's are the other two I read. Move the Mics has more discussion about production, and even has permanent thread discussing and reviewing production of our favorite albums. Sound on Sound is great too. It can kind of lean toward GS territory, but it's easy to avoid those posts.
