FS: Two 2-ch Neve 1073/1084/1066 racks - SOLD

Post by MitoPro » Tue Jul 10, 2012 1:22 pm

Two Boutique Audio Design 2-channel racks for Neve 1073/1084/1066 modules and compatible clones (8.75" form factor) for sale. You can see the manufacturer's description here.

The racks are in near-perfect shape: some slight rack rash on the tops, but the sides, backs and faceplates are mint. They function 100% as new, and I've never had a problem with either unit.

XLR I/O and IEC power inlet on back, 1/4" DI, individual +48v switches and large rotary output faders on the front panel.

Only selling because I recently purchased an 8-ch rack and no longer need these.

Buyer pays shipping and paypal fees. Located in NYC, 10001. Local pickup available.

Pics can be seen on the gearslutz classifieds post here.

Hit me up via PM with any questions.

Bump for offers. If you're interested, hit me with your best reasonable offer.

The rack will work with any Neve "80-series" clone, including Wunder Audio, BAE, Heritage Audio, AMS Neve, etc.

What form-factor are your 1272s-- original or have they been re-housed? The original 1272s are 5.25" high, while this rack is designed to accommodate 8.75" modules (see above). As for power/pin-outs, I don't know off-hand if the 1272s are the same as the 80-series mic pres.

They are original modules, so I guess won't work with this unit. Does anyone make a unit like yours for the original 1272s?
