Archive Access

Post by iamthecosmos » Sun Feb 02, 2014 12:50 am

I've paid for my archive access (last weekend) and I'm logged in, yet I still can't view the older articles. Every time I click the activate link it takes me through to the subscription sign-up page. Have I missed something? I probably have...

EDIT: Apologies for posting this here, I did email the magazine last weekend but haven't had a reply.

I've alerted Dave and he will be on it. Many people email me direct about these issues. This doesn't help. Please look on our contact pages for the appropriate place to send complaints.

iamthecosmos - email me again? I don't know what your email address is based on your TOMB user.

Thanks!
Dave

I only posted this here because I'd had no reply from elsewhere, no disrespect meant! I'd pay three times what you're charging for archive access by the way. It's a steal.

Dave, will send you PM & email.

Did this ever get resolved? Think I'm experiencing the same issue here. Thanks for any help with this.

We have channels in place to fix any issues like this, but posting on the forum is not one of them!

here's the actual link for the contact page for digital access problems:

Not an "issue" for me, since I have TapeOps going back to Neutral Milk Hotel and OP8. Man, those were the good old days. It was nice to see Larry Crane finally reflecting on how much the magazine has changed over the years in the most recent issue.
