I'm selling my old Amek TAC Scorpion console. The console is 32 channels, 8 buss, 4 Aux sends, semi-paramtric EQ on each channel.
Everything on the board works well. There are some scratchy faders that would benefit from a good cleaning.
This board was a workhorse for me for 5 years until I purchased a new console. It never let me down during the thousands of hours I used it for.
It was used on many great indie rock records including Thurston Moore solo, Chelsea Light Moving, Body/Head, Speedy Ortiz, California X, and many more.
I've done it all on this board from running all-analog sessions, to mixing fully OTB w/ fader moves (had to get creative due to scratchy faders).
Please make an offer. I'm open to trades, too.
This console is located in Easthampton, MA. Will consider delivery within the northeast. It fits inside my VW Jetta station wagon no prob.

tac
my console has S100 modules in all 32 channels. i used to run it sort of like a split console. returns from pro tools on half the board and mic preamps and FX returns on the other half.
it's a very straight forward board but it's capable of good vibes.
i did a lot of great sessions on it
