NOS JAN-Philips military spec 12AT7s from the Tube Store are a good choice and pretty cheap too. I also tested out a couple 12AX7s from the same vendor; I liked the Svetlana's the best for a more hi-fi tone vs. the Electro Harmonix for a higher gain sound. My experience is based on hearing these tubes in a guitar amp application, so YMMV.

I am looking for recommendations for replacement tubes for my solo 610 as well.

input 12AX7s.

Have you guys tried ElectroHarmonix?

They also make those "MFR" brand name tubes for other companies, since they bought out the best Russian tube factories years ago.

Find someone who tests tubes..who knows tubes to get your info..you can't just pick up a rando set of even the same type and make and expect it to be the best..they're not all the same

the input tube will be more critical than the output tube IIRC

Don't buy NOS. It's a money pit.

I've had good luck with EHX. I buy from Tube Depot and spend the extra $3 on the testing they do to make sure you get a solid one, then still check for microphonics after installing. That's really my biggest concern... microphonics, then if there's something obviously wrong like they're really noisey or something. I don't think my ear is good enough to tell if the new EHX tube I bought sounds worse, or just different than a NOS Mullard or something like that, and spending more than $20 on a preamp tube is pretty silly to me.
