I found the spares I'd bought. Looks like they might just snap in, no soldier.

I don't have any experience with this console, but I am assuming you are looking at a PCB mount type pot...it does not simply snap in, you need to desolder the old and remove, then solder the new in. Usually one or more legs is dedicated to actually securing it in there, and may be more difficult to remove. Sometimes I have used wire clippers to assist in the removal process, but keep in mind you still have to get the legs out of there.


If you're not comfortable performing the repair, I would assume that any guitar amp tech or basic electronics repair shop should have no issues doing this.
