How to xfer original songs from iPhone to new computer?

Unfortunately I didn't have my shit backed up on the cloud. I recently was working on my 9th album using Logic Pro. I have about half the album's demos on my iPhone 7. The iMac I was using was quite old a 2009. It shit the bed and I bought a refurbished late model 2015 27 inch iMac. I'd like to get my original demos from my iPhone 7 into my new 2015 iMac. However apple only seems to let me transfer actual albums purchased from iTunes. I noticed there are several applications that will allow me to transfer everything in my library but they are rather costly for what I need to do. So my question is, is there any free way I can transfer my originally written demos that are on my my iPhone 7 to my 2015 iMac for free? Thanks in advance.

Never mind I figured it out. I forgot you have to consolidate under file.

You can't just move files via USB?
