Identify this drum machine sound
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YsQ0n04y2XE
The first thing you hear - sounds like maybe there's a bit of a flange on it too...
Anybody recognize these beats?

Great tune. Don’t know which drum machine that is, but it does sound pretty saturated. I like it.

Heavy eq and compression. And also ..what lots of us do is use several sources layered to make one snare, one kick etc.

The flangy bass thing seems like a separate part from the drum machine. Maybe triggered, maybe locked to the drums but separate.
Have you got the Funkbox ipad app? It's got a ton of the classic drum box sounds (and is easy and fun to use). I bet you could scroll through and find it pretty quick.

Re: Identify this drum machine sound
First guess was something from Korg...mini or micro Pops. But checking videos of each, doesn't seem right.
Ace Tone? The bass drum seems more like one of them.
Not sure if the little squeaky sounds are part of the drums (analog shaker or guiro?)
Could even be the onboard rhythm section from an organ (which Ace and Korg both played into)

Re: Identify this drum machine sound
No idea what model, but it sounds like one of those "rhythm boxes" that come attached to cheap organs or sometimes as standalone units. They usually have a bunch of patterns to choose from, but can't actually be "played" like a drum machine.
