Looks like dwlb can live another day, mine just showed up in the mail. Side note about free US subscriptions:
You do not have to renew every 6 months. That makes no sense. You renew once a year. We send an email notifying you of this. If you do not get it then your spam filter is grabbing it or you entered the wrong email. We have a new system that will remind you several times in are you are lazy.
If you miss an issue signing up will not get you the current issue as it has already mailed out. Please visit www.goodmtn.com for back issues.

The article on Albini was pretty enlightening. I didn't know much about him beforehand, other than the fact that he had a reputation. A reputation as a disturber of the peace, but in a cool punk rock way. Afterwards I listened to Surfer Rosa and In Utero. I can definitely here a common thread, very raw. I love this sound. I think we need guys like him, thanks for the article. Good stuff.
